- Exit M6 at Junction 35, take the first turning on the left towards Carnforth
- Head down the dual carriageway and at the roundabout follow the roundabout around to the right following the signs for Kendal along the A6
- At the next roundabout head straight on and go under a railway bridge.
- Stay on this road (A6) all the way to Milnthorpe.
- Follow the A6 into Milnthorpe.
- At the traffic lights, turn LEFT.
- You will pass 'Houghtons' DIY shop on your right (a little set back from the road).
- Then look for 'CYPHER Graphics' on your right, and turn RIGHT just before this building, into Bridge End Business Park.
- The clinic is straight ahead, just to your right.
- Exit M6 at Junction 36, turn right onto the the dual carriageway (A6) towards Kendal & the Lakes.
- Turn off the dual carriageway at the sign for Barrow.
- At the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road turn first left, still following the signs for Barrow.
- Take the next main turn on the left signposted for Milnthorpe and Levens Hall.
- Turn left at the next junction just in front of Levens Hall. Stay on this road (A6) for 2 miles to Milnthorpe.
- At the traffic lights & main crossroads in Milnthorpe turn right onto Park Road (to Arnside).
- You will pass 'Houghtons' DIY store on your right.
- Then look for CYPHER Graphics, and turn RIGHT just before this building, into Bridge End Business Park.
- The clinic is straight ahead of you, just to your right.
- Follow the A6 into Milnthorpe.
- At the traffic lights, turn RIGHT.
- You will pass 'Houghtons' DIY store on your right.
